White Rock Road Improvement Project Project DescriptionAs part of the 50 Corridor Mobility Partnership, the White Rock Road Improvement Project (from Grant Line Road to Prairie City Road) consists of roadway benefits including congestion relief and improvement in regional traffic circulation in Eastern Sacramento County. This project proposes to widen White Rock Road to two lanes in each direction with paved shoulders and a raised median. Tentative Schedule Preliminary Study, 2006 to 2010Environmental Study, 2006 to 20010 Design, 2006 to 2010 Right-of-Way Acquisition, 2009 to 2010 Construction, 2010 to 2012 Funding Estimated total project costs are $26.6 million and will be provided by Corridor Mobility Improvement Account (CMIA) (83%) and other local revenue (17%).
