The 2nd meeting was held at 2:00 p.m. at the offices of Morton & Pitalo, Inc., 1788 Tribute Road, Sacramento, California.

II. Utility Sub-Committee Update by Morton & Pitalo, Inc.
The following utility agencies are willing to meet:
SMUD
Arcade Water District
P.G. & E.
Pacific Bell
Comcast Cable
A date of January 5, 1999 at 2:00 p.m. was scheduled at the offices of Morton & Pitalo, Inc.
This meeting will be a fact finding and financial resource evaluation.
SMUD has estimated the cost to underground their utility to be one million dollars.
III. Confirmed Charette Dates and Adjusted Times
Charette No. 1 (January 13, 1999 6:30 p.m.)
Charette No. 2 (February 10, 1999, 6:30 p.m.)
Both Charettes to be held at the Ramada Inn, at the corner of Fulton Ave. and Auburn Blvd.
IV. Project Schedule & Communications
Updated project schedule as submitted by Morton & Pitalo. SACOG application was reported by Rizaldy to be due by March 26,1999.
Reviewed the draft Newsletter. Comments were made to enhance the cover to encourage people to open it up. A Fulton Avenue printer shall be utilized in printing the required quantity. Marty Hughes will research sending the newsletter to a representative of the nearby Home Owner's Associations.
Updated the group with regard to the Sacramento Bee Neighbor's Section article which will be published. Three articles are intended, (One overall article and two charette reminders.

C. Presented a Concept Fulton Avenue diagram which identified existing opportunities and areas of improvemerit potential.
