Freedom Park Drive, Pedestrian & Streetscape Project - 32nd to Watt Ave Project Description Freedom Park Drive project will provide pedestrian and streetscape improvements that include: Decorative street lamps and landscaping. Small public pedestrian plaza on the northwest corner of Watt Avenue and Freedom Park Drive that would include wide sidewalks. A decorative bus facility to improve transit use for community's existing and proposed development. Kiosk, benches, and an artistic monument for community identity in the Freedom Park Drive corridor.
